Somali pirates close to a deal

Somali pirates who seized a ship laden with military equipment tell Channel 4 News they are close to a deal with its owners. John Sparks reports.

The Ukrainian-owned vessel was seized five days ago and a £10m ransom was demanded.

It is surrounded by American warships, which are now preventing the pirates from unloading the weapons.

A Russian frigate with special force commandos on board is also heading for the area.
