Describe yourself in three words
If I was going to describe myself in three words it would be confident, bubbly and outgoing.

What do you want to get out of Coach Trip?
I want to see places. I like seeing different things, meeting people and just the whole experience of travelling really. Meeting a good friend, or maybe a girl…

What’s the best holiday you’ve ever been on?
The best holiday I’ve ever been on probably was Magaluf with my mates – it was epic. It was paradise. A week of sun, beer, girls, alcohol, banter. It was epic.

What type of person would you least like to spend time with on the coach?
I wouldn’t like to spend time with someone who’s very loud – even though I am a loud person - in your face, doesn’t take no for an answer.

Are you a fun guy?
I’m a very fun guy. I’m bubbly. I’m always laughing. I’ve got good banter. I love every day really. A day without laughter is a day wasted.

Are you looking for a bit of holiday romance?
I wouldn’t mind a bit of holiday romance. It’s always the cherry on the cake. Yeah, I wouldn’t mind finding romance.

What would be your technique if you fancied someone?
If I fancy someone, I straight away make them know that I fancy them. I don’t want to get ‘friend-zoned’. Obviously have a bit of banter with them first. If you’re making a girl laugh then I think you’re in there.

What’s your best joke?
Best joke? I don’t really have any jokes. I just say things off the top of my head and don’t think, and then it’s a joke. And then they just start laughing, and I think ‘What are you laughing at?!’

If you lost your suitcase what would you miss the most?
If I lost my suitcase, I’d probably miss my hair wax, my hair dryer and my hairspray.

Are you vain?
Yeah, I am a bit vain. If I’m nipping down to the shop, I tend to do my hair and I’m only nipping two minutes down the road. My mate’s like ‘What are you doing, we’re only going to the shop’ but I’m like ‘I’ve gotta sort myself out’. I probably am a bit vain.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?
The weirdest thing I’ve ever eaten is cat food for a dare. My mate dared me to eat cat food for a fiver, I was pretty skint at the time so I thought ‘let’s do it!’

Can you say anything in Spanish?
‘Hola’? That’s about it really.

What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done?
I went in for a kiss with a girl, and she turned her head and I kind of head-butted her. It’s like every lad’s worst nightmare so I just got up, and I went bright red and jetted off.

Are you a bit of a party animal?
I am a bit of a party animal. I go out Friday and Saturday. Sometimes in the week – depends if there’s a decent night on. When I go out I party hard. I like to party.

How often do you go to the gym?
I go to the gym five days a week, even more sometimes – depends if I’ve got time at the weekend. It’s very important to me, looking good, keeping yourself fresh and on top. I love a gym. It’s very important.

Show us your guns
[Sam shows off guns]

What’s the best thing about you?
I think the best thing about me is my energy and my banter. I like to have a good laugh. Probably my energy is the best thing about me.

What’s your best feature?
My best feature is probably my face, I’d say. I like to think I have a nice face

What’s your worst feature?
My worst feature is probably my legs because I’m tall and they just look like matchsticks. I do try and get them big but it just doesn’t happen.

What’s your worst personality trait?
My worst personality trait is saying things before thinking. I won’t think and just say something, then think ‘Why I have I just said that?!’

Liam, 27 from The Wirral
What made you apply for Coach Trip?

I applied for Coach Trip because I wanted to travel. A new experience, meeting new people, I’m always up for a laugh and I want to win things so competing with other people is right up my street.

What’s the best holiday you’ve ever been on?
The best holiday I’ve ever been on was the first lads’ holiday I ever went on to Malia. Absolutely crazy! A lot of things happened – I can’t really say a lot of them! First lads’ holiday, I’ll never forget it.

What’s the longest time you’ve ever been away from home?
The longest I’ve been away from home, holiday-wise, a week. I’ve only been away for a week.

Who do you live with at home?
I live on my own. I’ve got an apartment. I’ve moved out. I lived with my mum until I was about 16 and then I moved in with my nan, then about two years ago I moved out and got my own apartment.

How would you describe yourself?
I’d describe myself as a down to earth person who’s always up for a laugh. Very, very competitive. Never likes to lose. I’m just up for up for a laugh and I’m a real person. I’m not fake. What you see is who I am.

Are you on the pull?
Yes, always on the pull while I’m single. Constantly on the pull. Always going on in my mind – it’s the only reason why I go out. It’s to go out on the pull.

Does everyone look better on holiday?
Everyone looks better on holiday. You let some things slide as well. Some faults you let them slide while you’re on holiday. That’s another good thing about being on holiday – more options.

What’s a no in a girl?
100% - a smoker. I can’t stand it. It doesn’t mind if you’re good looking – if she’s a smoker then she’s straight down. She’s no good. I hate it. Another no is someone who’s completely full of themselves and just think she’s better than you. Someone who’s stuck up. Really really stuck up. It’s a major no.

What’s your best feature?
My body. I like to go to the gym. I go to the gym five or six times a week. Strict diet. I like to look good naked.

Have you ever had a holiday romance?
No, I’ve never had a holiday romance. Just a different girl each time.

You’re not really into commitment are you?
No – I don’t trust people. I don’t trust anyone if I’m honest. You’ve gotta earn your trust so committing myself to one person is something that, if I’m honest, I’m scared of. It’s scary committing yourself to one person because at any moment if you get close to them they can just break you just like that. I don’t like that. I like to be in full control.

If your suitcase got lost, what would you miss the most?
If my suitcase got lost, I’d obviously miss all of my clothes. I don’t know what I’d do without my hairspray. My brush. I’d miss everything. Hairdryer as well! Can’t forget about the hairdryer. I’d definitely miss the hairdryer.

How long does it take you to do your hair?
To do my hair it takes a good 20 minutes, half an hour. It depends. It can look alright pretty quick at times. Quick would be 10 minutes.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?
Snail is the weirdest thing I’ve ever eaten. It’s horrible. Not good.

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you?
Getting caught having sex by my nan. That embarrassment lasted for about a minute, but then I got over it.

Can you say anything in Spanish?
No. I used to be able to but that’s all gone now. It was a while back when I could do that.

What type of person would you least like to spend time with on the coach?
Someone who’s boring, dull, just moaning all the time. Someone who’s not up for a laugh. They’d just get right on my nerves. Couldn’t deal with that. That’d be a no go.

Are you a bit of a mischief-maker?
I like to cause a bit of mischief. I like to drop a bomb in a group of people, walk off, take a couple of steps back and just watch it all explode while I just stand there laughing.

Is that going to be your tactic for Coach Trip?
Could be. Could drop a few bombs if I know something, like someone’s said something behind someone’s back or someone’s said something that the other person might not like I might just throw it in there to cause a bit of mischief between the two of them.

Describe your ideal woman
Looks-wise, would be Michelle Keegan. Personality wise, someone who’s just down to earth. Likes to have a laugh. Not a crank basically. No cranks.

What’s a ‘crank’?
Someone who just moans. Like, when you want to go out: ‘You can’t do that and you can’t do this’. Someone who’s dead bossy and always moans at you. A moaning woman is not good. I think any man would agree with that.
