100g butter

225g sugar

200g white chocolate

1 egg

1 vanilla pod

225g flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

75g peanut butter

2 ripe bananas chopped

Water icing to decorate


1. Melt the butter and choccy in a bowl, over barely simmering water

2. Beat the egg and sugar, peanut butter and vanilla, then fold in the chocolate mix

3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, fold in the banana

4. Spoon into a greased, lined 23cm baking tin. Cook at 180C for about 30 minutes

5. Cool and cut into squares – drizzle over the icing
