DRINK ONE - MULLED WHITE WINE
Two bottles of good quality white Chardonnay. - we used Australian.
A vanilla pod, split
Two bay leaves
Two star anise.
100ml of cider- or apple brandy for a slightly stronger flavour
A teaspoon of Pink peppercorns.
Three cardamom pods, bashed to help release the flavour
Brown sugar to taste.
White chocolate powder (whisked in at the end)
Put in to a pan and gently heat up until all the flavours have infused in to the wine. Do not boil as this will evaporate all the alcohol.
DRINK THREE - SMOKY GINGERBREAD HOT CHOCOLATE
50ml Bowmore 12yo Single malt whisky - https://www.masterofmalt.com/whiskies/bowmore-12-year-old-whisky/
15ml Cherry liqueur
3ml gingerbread syrup
250ml whole milk
3 heaped teaspoons of Green and Blacks Organic Hot Chocolate
Made the same as making a hot chocolate in a pan, add all the ingredients in and heat up.
DRINK TWO- SLOE GIN NEGRONI
25ml Sipsmith Sloe Gin - https://sipsmith.com/product/sloe-gin/
25ml Antica Formula Vermouth
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick and Burnt Orange Peel
Add all ingredient in to a shaker, once mixed our over ice in a rock glass and garnish with Cinnamon Stick and Burnt Orange Peel.
