RUM ONE – CHAIRMAN'S RESERVE

PINA COLADA

50ml Chairman’s Reserve

50ml Coco Re’al Cream of coconut

50ml Vegan cream or milk (apparently it’s VEGANUARY ? )

50ml Pineapple Juice

5ml fresh lime juice

Sprinkle of nutmeg as garnish

Add all of the ingredients into a shake with ice .Shake very hard until cold. Pour into a hollow pineapple. Sprinkle a dusting of nutmeg as garnish and serve with a straw.

RUM TWO: Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry Rum

MAI TAI

50ml Plantation Xamayca

10ml Orange Curacao

5ml Orgeat Syrup

5ml Vanilla Syrup

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

Shake all of the ingredients with plenty of ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a large rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice, fresh mint, a cherry and half a hollowed lime shell filled with rum.

RUM THREE – Mount Gay Extra Old

JUNGLE BIRD

50ml Mount Gay XO

5ml Campari

5ml Pineapple puree

5ml banana puree

3 dashes of Ms. Better's Pineapple Star Anise Bitters

Twist of lime peel

Shake all the ingredients with plenty of ice and double strain a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
