Kiwi & Coconut Martini

Ingredients

30ml gin

10ml Kalani coconut liqueur - Available from Masters of Malt

10ml melon liqueur

15ml guanabana juice

10ml fresh lemon juice

10ml homemade gomme syrup

1/2 fresh kiwi

Method

• Prep garnish first

• Add remaining fresh kiwi from 1/2 used to base of Boston tin & muddle

• Add remaining ingredients to tin

• Add cubed ice to tin

• Shake & double strain into chilled Martini glass

• Garnish & serve

Balled Kiwi Sprinkles with Coconut Shavings on Heart Skewers

• Prep garnish using melon baller to make 2 equal sized pieces, place kiwi on heart skewer & sprinkle an even covering of coconut shavings all over. Place on rim of Martini glass.


Solerno & Dandelion Martini

Ingredients

20ml vodka

10ml créme de bergamot

10ml Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur - Available from The Drink Shop

2 dashes orange dandelion & burdock bitters

20ml coconut water

20ml homemade lemon verbena & bee pollen syrup

10ml fresh lemon juice

10ml egg white

Method

• Add all ingredients to Boston tin

• Add cubed ice to tin

• Shake & double strain into chilled Martini glass

• Garnish & serve

Candied Orange Zest & Chamomile Petals

• Place one piece of candied orange zest along one side of the

drink & sprinkle chamomile petals down the centre.


Strawberry & Pink Peppercorn Martini

Ingredients

25ml vodka

20ml créme de fraise de bois

15ml lillet blanc

10ml fresh lime juice

10ml homemade gomme syrup

10ml egg white

1/2 bar spoon pink peppercorns

1/2 fresh strawberry

Method

• Muddle fresh strawberry & pink peppercorns in base of Boston tin

• Add remaining ingredients to tin

• Add cubed ice to tin

• Shake & double strain into chilled Martini glass

• Garnish & serve

Dehydrated Lime Wheel, Dehydrated Strawberry Slice & Pink Peppercorns

• Place dehydrated lime wheel with dehydrated strawberry slice in centre onto one side of the drink, lightly sprinkle with pink peppercorns.
