DRINK ONE: CUPBOARD COCKTAIL

Throw together 25-50ml of your favourite gin with 200ml cold brewed tea with a teaspoon of raspberry jam and a pinch of salt, then strain over ice in a small highball glass.

DRINK TWO: PAISLEY PATTERN

Fill a large pitcher with ice, add 6 dashes orange bitters, 100ml elderflower cordial and 500ml blended scotch. Stir, add some lemon peel and garden herbs if available, and top with soda. Pour into highballs filled with ice.

DRINK THREE: WASTE FREE WHISKY SOUR

Boil down 200ml vinegar with 200g white sugar and a tablespoon of dried hibiscus or chosen spices/herbs for 20 minutes over a medium heat. Allow to cool then strain

Mix 1 teaspoon cocoa powder with 9 teaspoons white sugar.

To build the drink:

50ml whisky

20ml hibiscus vinegar

1 whole egg cracked in

3 teaspoons chocolate sugar mix

3 ice cubes

Blend on high or blitz in a blender, then strain over ice in a rocks glass
