SPRITZ ONE – ENGLISH SPRITZ

simply pair a measure of the gin to three measures of the wine, a dash of soda water and garnished with mint and rhubarb strip.

SPRITZ TWO – ITALIAN SPRITZ

Masottina Prosecco

This has a bigger measure of Fiero in, as it brings some real fruity notes though, so this is 1 measure of vermouth to two measures of prosecco, poured over ice, stirred lightly and garnished with rosemary.

SPRITZ THREE – FRENCH SPRITZ

Double Jus

Antech Cremant

Using their simple recipe of 3-2-1, for this they have 3 parts sparkling wine, 2 parts of the Calvados and 1 part of sparkling water. Some ice and a slice of apple complete the drink.
