Drink 1 - The Early Bird

50ml Don Q Cristal Rum

25ml Peach Juice

10ml Fresh Orange Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

5ml Ginger Re’al

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice and pour into a cocktail glass.

Drink 2: English Milk Punch

Milk Punch Ingredients

Peel of 4 lemons

1 fresh pineapple

20 coriander seeds

3 cloves

1 nutmeg

1 Vanilla Pod

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 star anise pod

1lb sugar

Juice of 8 lemons

2.5 pints of boiling milk

Heat everything up until the milk separates. Filter out the curds to leave the clarified whey.

The English Milk Punch

50ml Barcardi's Facundo Neo

50ml Clarified English milk Punch

Stir in a mixing glass with a block of ice and serve in a chilled glass milk bottle.

Drink 3: English Tea-Ki Garden

50ml Real McCoy

10ml Rhubarb gin

20ml Yorkshire Tea

15ml forced Rhubarb puree

10ml Cloudy Apple Juice

10ml Raspberry Re’al infused syrup

10ml Lemon Juice

Method

Shake all the ingredients until cold. Pour into a Tiki style Mug with ice and garnish with fresh Rhubarb, raspberries’ and apple
