Half diced red onion

Handful chopped coriander

1 finely chopped red chilli

2 ripe avocados

350g smoked haddock, cooked

juice and zest 2 limes

1 diced tomato


150g sour cream

50ml hot sauce

zest 1 limes

sliced pieces baguette

oil and sea salt


1. Bread – brush with oil and salt, chargrill for 2 minutes each side

2. Pate – simply chop and mash everything. Season well

3. Spoon pate on to the bread, top with sour cream, hot sauce and lime zest
