Serves 6

Ingredients

300g 70% cocoa solid dark chocolate

250g butter

4 eggs

200g sugar

150g light brown sugar

1 vanilla pod

120g flour

half tsp baking powder

25g cocoa

pinch salt

5g sea salt

75g sweet/salt popcorn

Serve with more popcorn and salted caramel ice cream

Method

1. Melt 200g of the chocolate in the butter, then chop the rest

2. Whisk eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes until fluffy

3. Sit in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, fold in, then add the melted chocolate/butter, and half the popcorn and the chopped chocolate

4. Spoon into a greased, line 23x32cm baking tin, cook at 180c for 35mins

5. Cool, cut into squares

6. Serve with more popcorn and salted caramel ice cream
