12 of your favourite sausages, cooked

450g cherry tomatoes

2 red onions, cut into wedges

3 peppers, cut into chunks

4 cloves sliced smoked garlic

3 courgettes, cut into pieces

15g chilli flakes

150ml olive oil

few sprigs rosemary

salt & pepper

serve the roasted veg with cheesy garlic bread and a mix of yoghurt and siracha dressing.


1. Toss the veg in half the oil

2. Roast at 200C for 35 minutes along with the chilli and rosemary

3. Add the rest of the oil

4. Sit the sausages on top

5. Serve with garlic bread and sauces.
