250g radishes - halved
30ml olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Ingredients for the feta
30g greek yoghurt
30ml extra virgin olive oil
juice and zest half a lemon
1 tbsp nigella seeds
6 pickled walnuts
Garnish with rocket and serve with warm pitta.
1. To make the radish, toss in the oil and seasoning and then roast at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
2. For the feta, pulse until smooth.
3. Spread the feta on a round plate and arrange the radish and walnuts on top.
4. Sprinkle on some seeds and add leaves. Dig in!
