Ingredients

50g strawberry jam

50g smooth peanut butter (skippy’s ideally)

25ml sriracha sauce

25ml Worcestershire sauce

30g soft light brown sugar

10g smoked paprika

10g salt

1kg chicken wings

Serve with more hot sauce and chopped, toasted peanuts, sour cream

Method

1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together

2. Put the wings and the marinade in the bowl, mix and coat well

3. Chill and cover for at least 2 hours

4. Now roast at 200C for approx. 45mins, until golden brown (make sure they’re on a single level)

5. Serve with chopped nuts, sour cream and hot sauce
