1.YUMMY MUMMY RUMTINI – COMPANERO SPICED RUM

25ml Compareo cocoa infused rum

25ml Coffee liqueur

50ml Cold Brew coffee

5ml Sugar syrup

Shake it all with ice hard until cold and frothy. Serve in a martini glass with chocolate.

2. MUM IN A MILLION COCKTAIL - FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM

25ml Foursquare spiced rum

100ml London Essence Grapefruit & Rosemary tonic

10ml Rose Syrup

Pour everything in to a glass over ice and garnished with the Mum in a million rose petal.

3. MUMMACITA - BLACK TEARS SPICED RUM

25ml Black Tears Cuban Spiced rum

25ml Champagne

10ml Peach Puree

25ml Fresh Lime juice

6 Fresh Mint leaves

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) and double strain into a chilled coupette glass. float the champagne on top. Garnish with a mint leaf.
