450g cubed paneer

oil to fry

50mm piece ginger, matchsticks

2 cloves sliced garlic

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garam masala

400g tin chopped tomatoes

200g frozen peas

zest 1 lemon

Garnish with fresh chilli, coriander, rice, roti


1. Fry the paneer in hot oil, drain

2. Gently fry the garlic and ginger for 5 mins

3. Add the tomatoes and spices, cook 10 mins (may need a little water)

4. Add the peas and paneer and lemon zest, cook 2 mins
