MARGARITA ONE – NOT TOMMY’S, CARL’S!
35ml Tequila
5ml Mezcal
10ml Orange Liqueur
10ml Agave syrup
20m fresh Lime juice
Pinch Smoked Malden Salt.
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, mix and then serve over ice in a tumbler glass.
MARGARITA TWO – BLUE DAISY
40ml Tequila
20ml Blue Curacao
20ml Fresh Lime.
Add a pinch of salt to bring the flavour out.
Add extra sugar if needed
Add it all in to a blender with ice and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately in a margarita/coupe glass with a wedge of lime.
