MEZCAL ONE: Quiquiriqui Tobala Mezcal

Quiquiriqui Mezcal Cocktail

In your bottle of mescal add;

1 tbsp Dried Mango

1 tbsp Toasted Coconut Flakes

1 tbsp Coconut milk

1 tbsp Borage Flowers

Leave for 24hours at room temperature.

Then Freeze for One Hour

Filter the Mezcal away from the solid milk.

Serve over ice,

40ml MezcaL

60ml Fever tree

MEZCAL TWO: Montelobos Joven Mezcal

Wolfsbane

40ml Monte Lobos

20ml Lemon juice

5ml Creme De Violette

10ml Agave

2.5ml Vanila Extract

Ice

Shake

Strain

Coupe Glass

MEZCAL THREE: Corte Vetusto

A Smokey White

40ml Orange & Lemon Rind Syrup

30ml Manzanilla Sherry

30ml Mezcal

40ml Mediterranean Tonic

Stir with ice

Serve in wine glass
