4 x lamb leg steaks

400g halved new spuds

150g nduja sausage

3 cloves sliced garlic

125ml olive oil

30g finely chopped rosemary

1 tin chopped tomatoes

Serve with yoghurt


1. Fry the spuds in oil until a little crisp

2. Add the garlic, rosemary, tomatoes and nduja

3. Roast at 180C for approx. 40 minutes

4. Add lots of olive oil

5. Oil the lamb and fry for 4 minutes each side

6. Serve with yoghurt
