Cocktail 1

25ml Saint James Coeur De Chaffe - Available here

75ml Champagne

10ml passion fruit infused syrup

3 dashes of chocolate bitters

Mix the rum with the syrup and bitters. Then top with champagne. Served in a dark chocolate rimmed glass

Cocktail 2

25ml Worthy Park fat washed in butter (or Vegan butter alternative) - Available here (Soon to be sold exclusively in the UK by The Whisky Exchange)

25ml lychee juice

10ml fresh lime juice

5ml agave nectar

5ml egg white (chick pea water or aquafaba for vegans)

Shake roughly with ice and serve with a caviar of cream of coconut

Cocktail 3

50ml St Nicholas Abbey 5 year old rum Available from Master of Malt

50ml fresh milk (soya milk for vegans)

25ml strawberry infused puree

10ml clarified lemon juice

Mix with ice and serve with sugar cane syrup & edible rose petals
