1 tsp Chipotle, cascabel chilli syrup

1 tsp Spiced syrup of Cinnamon, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Clove, Black Cardamom, Orange Flower, Cacao, Coffee

2 tsp Lemon Juice

Hot Water (to fill mug/cup)

TODDY TWO: ORIENTAL TEA TODDY (FROM YAUATCHA)

25-50ml Talisker 10 yrs whisky (a classic smoky Whisky)

25 ml Ron Zacapa 23 years Rum

squeeze of lemon juice, orange juice, ginger juice

2 tsp cinnamon syrup

1 dash Angostura bitters

Classic Oriental Beauty Tea - (to fill mug/cup)

TODDY THREE: AMERICAN TODDY

25-50ml Pecan & Vanilla Infused Bulleit Bourbon

1 dash Apple & Lemon Thyme Bitters

2 tsp Maple Syrup

1 drop of Orange Oils,

Hot Water (to fill mug/cup)
