Gin one - Dartmouth English Gin
30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml Crème de Mure
Add the gin, lemon and sugar syrup to a shaker. Shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Trickle the Crème de Mure over the top, creating the ‘bramble’ type effect. Garnish with freshly picked blackberries.
Gin two - Twelve Keys Gin
Twelve Keys No.33 Gin
Cocchi Americano (dry vermouth) with a Bergamot infusion
Pour 30 ml of Twelve Keys No.33 Gin into a mixing glass
Add 25 ml of Cocchi Americano
Add 25 ml of Suze
Add 10 ml of your favourite apricot liqueur.
Fill with ice to the top
Stir gently until chilled.
Pour into a Compete
Gin Three - Tarquin's Tan Ha Mor Gin
10 ml Sugar Syrup,
and a couple dashes of bitters,
Stirred down with ice until the sugar dissolves and serve.
