50ml Gin, 150ml Tonic. Garnish with a Grapefruit peel and a fresh bay leaf
Herno Gin & Jam:
50ml Gin, 15ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Sugar syrup, 1tsp of lingonberry jam.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and go crazy. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with your favourite red berries!
Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Spritz:
50ml Gin, 10ml Campari - topped with pink grapefruit tonic. Add an orange wheel and a sprig of rosemary in to garnish.
