Peanut Butter and Jelly Time

50ml Maker’s Mark

60ml soya cream

25ml maple syrup

1 heaped spoon of smooth peanut butter (vegan).

All ingredients in shaker , shaken with ice and then poured in to a Red wine, Port & strawberry jam reduction painted on the side of the glass


30ml scotch

30ml Midori

50ml oat milk

1tsp matcha tea

1 dash plum bitters

All ingredients in shaker, Shaken with ice and poured in to a coupe glass. Optional - Garnish with fruit flavoured filled tapioca balls to give the bubble tea effect

50ml gin

20ml lemon juice

20ml sugar syrup

20ml aquafaba

2 fresh raspberries (Shake don’t Muddle)

Place all ingredients in shaker, dry shake with ice and fine strained into coup glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries
