Drink 1: Balcones Rumble
OLD FASHIONED
40ml Balcones Rumble
5ml muscovado sugar syrup
3 drops creole bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir over ice and add lemon peel and a cherry
Drink 2: Bushmills 16 Year Old
Drink 3: Don Papa Rum
RUM NEGRONI
30ml Don Papa Rum
10ml White Vermouth
20ml Aperol
Ice
Stir over ice into a High Ball glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and slice of blood orange (normal orange is fine too)
