Ingredients
400g fine beans, leave the tails on
1 egg
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
250ml water
300g flour
15g each chilli powder, garlic powder, oregano, mustard powder, sea salt
Oil to deep fry
Ranch dressing - 200ml buttermilk
75g mayo
Juice of 1 lemon
20ml white wine vinegar
Clove crushed garlic
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped dill
Method
1. Beat the egg and dip small batches of beans into it, then into the flour mix
2. Deep fry for 4mins, drain
3. Dressing – simply mix it all together
4. Serve big bowl of beans with ranch dressing to dip into
