Ingredients

450g cooked baby spuds

half tsp mustard seeds

1 shallot, finely diced

2 cloves chopped garlic

tsp cumin

half tsp turmeric

tsp chillili flakes

125g peas

oil to fry

Chopped parsley, coriander and mint

juice 1 lime

75g tahini

flatbread/pitta to serve

serve with hot sauce

Method

1. Gently fry the shallot, garlic and spices for 5 minutes

2. Add the spuds, turn up the heat until they go crisp and brown

3. Add the peas, cook 3mins

4. Add the chopped herbs and lime

5. Serve in a bowl topped with tahini, eat in flatbreads with hot sauce
