Floridita Daiquiri from El Floridita in Cuba

1 tablespoon of sugar

juice of half a lime

a couple of drops of cherry liqueur

45ml of Havana Club 3 year old rum

Cup of crushed ice.

Add all ingredients into a blender with half a cup of crushed ice. Blend and serve in a coupe.

Serve over ice in an Old Fashioned glass, as cold as you can!

Ki No Bi Gin

50ml of Ki No Bi Japanese gin Available from Masters of Malt

125ml of tonic water

a dash of Yuzu Juice

handful of juniper berries

Pour the gin over ice in to a highball glass. Top up with 125ml of tonic water.

Add a dash of Yuzu Juice, stir and garnish with a Yuzu or a handful of juniper berries. Add a straw and serve.
