Ingredients
175g flour
2 tbs cocoa
100g sugar
half tsp baking powder
100g cubed butter
50-75ml milk
500g chopped glace cherries
125ml condensed milk
150g desiccated coconut
1 vanilla bean paste
225g melted choccy
zest 1 lime
Method
1. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl, rub in the butter, stir in the milk
2. Spoon into a greased lined 8” square tin
3. Bake 20 minutes at 180C till just set. Cool
4. Finely chop or puree the cherries and stir in with the condensed milk, lime, vanilla and desiccated coconut.
5. Spoon onto the cooked choc base. Back into the oven for 20 minutes
6. Cool, then pour over choccy, chill, cut and serve
