200ml tomato juice

25ml tomato puree

25ml Worcester sauce

15ml lemon juice

15ml pickle/gherkin vinegar

10ml Tabasco sauce

5ml cracked black pepper

5ml Himalayan salt

5ml rich syrup

35ml Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin

Build together, over ice, mixing well. Garnished with salt & pepper and a stick of celery.

Papaya Spritz

For the papaya jelly:

500g papaya to 250g

white sugar

100ml gin

35ml vanila extract

70ml Campari

Mix this up until the sugar dissolves and store in the fridge for 4 hours to make the jelly.

Build the drink

40ml jelly

40ml soda

70ml prosecco

Build over ice in a wine glass.

Lemon, Lime & Bitters

For the home made lemonade mix

Pinch sea salt

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml sugar syrup

15ml lime cordial

Build the drink over ice:

35ml gin

4 dash of angostura bitters

Top with soda
