Makes 10

Ingredients

1 egg

150g sugar

125g yoghurt

25ml milk

3g vanilla paste

75g butter, melted

275g plain flour

3g bicarb

2g baking powder

½ tbsp ground cinnamon

For the filling

175g butter

280g icing sugar, sifted

1 jar marshmallow fluff

30g dulche de leche

Method

1. Whisk eggs and sugar for 5 minutes

2. Add the milk, yoghurt, butter and vanilla

3. Fold in the dry ingredients and then chill for 20 minutes

4. Spoon batter onto a sheet lined with parchment in 20 blobs of around 40mm diameter then bake at 170°c for 10-12 minutes, and cool

5. To make the filling, whisk all ingredients together and then chill

6. Spread filling on the flat sides of each pie and sandwich together
