1 sliced red onion

4 cloves garlic

15g tomato puree

200ml light beer

250g cherry tomatoes

Tin butter beans, drained

15g cumin

1kg of clams

Juice n zest 1 lime

Coriander leaves to garnish

Serve with griddled sour dough


1. Fry the onion and garlic for 5mins

2. Add tomato puree, cook 8mins. Add beer cook 4mins

3. Add everything else, cover and cook 4-5mins until the clams open

4. Add the juice n zest

5. Serve
