Ruby Punch is made from

525ml Vat 9 Arrack, or buy any arrack if you cannot find this.

210ml Taylor’s Ruby Port,

210ml Fresh lemon juice,

155ml sugar syrup,

750ml cold black tea.

Mix all together with ice.

INDIAN PUNCH

This is made from

300ml Genever Gin

60ml Maraschino,

300ml water,

100ml Lemon juice,

30ml Sugar Or use a dissolved lemon Sherbet sweet

JAVA PUNCH

This is made from

180ml lime juice

100ml Dark dissolved Sugar,

500ml Batavia Arrack

500ml Green tea,

some grated Nutmeg.
