The Inheritance: The Final - interview with Tia
Category: Press Pack ArticleIn the final episode of The Inheritance, Tia missed out on playing for £100,000 when Hannah chose to eliminate her from the game.
Interview with Tia:
What were your first impressions of the house when you arrived there? The Executor, when you met Rob? And, most importantly, your fellow players?
My first impression of the house was, it's beautiful, It's massive, it's so beautifully decorated. It looks like care and grace went into the whole decor. My first impressions of Rob were he's actually just as he is on Judge Rinder, that's his natural mannerism. He's still very polite, he’d always greet you and say hi. Then the players, I thought it was a weird mix of people. It's a very different bunch of people together, lots of main characters. They're from all over and they're people that I would never normally bump into.
Did you have a strategy, and did you stick to it?
My strategy at first was to get into the room and split until it's time to steal. But I've been eliminated now, so I can't really put my strategy into play. Which is annoying.
Did you enjoy the requests?
Surprisingly, my favourite one might be when I was digging in the manure. That was a nice group activity which showed great communication, great teamwork, and we got a lot of money for that. It was a good bonding moment. Even though it was hard because the manure was quite heavy and it was continuous movement.
How does it feel to be leaving now?
It feels sad, it's not even about leaving, it's about not getting that big money at the end. I want that money!
Who do you think will win? And who would you like to win?
I would like Hafsah to win, but I think Cam will win. Hafsah is my fellow city girl in this game, so I want her to win so she can represent us. But Cam, he's such an all-rounder, he's good at the game, he's a hard worker, he's strong.
Do you have a standout highlight of the entire experience?
The support I received from Mart throughout was so motivational, trying things I've never done before was also very fun. It would have just been better with some more money to match, some big bucks!
