The Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning series Fargo returns to Channel 4 this Autumn with all-star cast including Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons, Patrick Wilson, Ted Danson and Jean Smart.
The “best new crime drama since Breaking Bad and True Detective” (The Independent) returns with a brand new story, set in 1979 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Luverne, Minnesota, that will unfold over 10 episodes.
Inspired by the classic Academy Award® winning feature film of the same title, the first instalment of Fargo garnered excellent critical acclaim and received 18 Emmy nominations – the second highest total of any program on television this year – as well as a number of Golden Globe nominations. 2.6 million people tuned into the premiere of the first series on Channel 4.
