Channel 4 recommissions Jasmine Harman's Renovation in the Sun from Double FTV

Channel 4 has commissioned a second series of Jasmine Harman’s Renovation in the Sun, produced by Double FTV.

Following the success of the first series, the new season will once again follow A Place in the Sun presenter Jasmine Harman as she continues renovating her family home on Spain’s Costa del Sol, whilst embracing Spanish life and exploring the surrounding region.

The second series will also expand its focus to follow three additional renovation projects, each undertaken by ambitious British ex-pats chasing their dream lifestyle in Spain. Throughout the series, Jasmine will regularly check in on the renovations, offering support, guidance and a helping hand as the projects progress.

Filming the first series was such an experience and we were truly humbled by the support from viewers. It was wonderful to share both the reality and excitement of starting a new life in Spain.  We’ve still got plenty more renovation challenges ahead of us, so I can’t wait to continue the journey and start filming again.”

Jasmine Harman’s Renovation in the Sun is produced by Double FTV for Channel 4. The series was commissioned for Channel 4 by Director of Commissioning, Nations and Regions, Jo Street, alongside Commissioning Executive Barry Agnew. Michelle Heeley, Creative Director at Double FTV is the Executive Producer, with Ben Samra as Series Producer.
