Channel 4 commissions George Clarkes House Rules (w/t)

Channel 4 features has commissioned from Amazing Productions a 4 x 60 series that will show how to turn the inside of tired old houses into stunning, modern interiors.

George Clarke’s House Rules (w/t) aims to prove it is possible to create a dream modern interior without ignoring a home’s history. The series will have bold ambitions, stunning reveals and will offer a fresh, original take on property and interiors shows. 

In each programme George will tackle two very different makeovers on properties from the same architectural era. He will focus on the design dilemmas when trying to achieve a stunning modern look in a period home, proving that it is possible to have the best of both worlds, creating a perfect blend of old and new, and still celebrate a home’s heritage. 

House Rules will help everyone answer their most tricky home questions. What should be kept or thrown away? What should be restored? And how to make our homes, built for a past generation, work for us now?
