Yulia Skripal issues video statement

Salisbury poisoning victim Yulia Skripal has issued a video statement. Speaking to Reuters at an undisclosed location, she describes her shock at what happened to her and her father Sergei and asks for their privacy to be respected.

Thanking the hospital staff who treated them, she goes on to say she does not “wish to avail herself” of the services of the Russian embassy at the moment.
