Yorkshire Cricket Club used racist language, investigation finds

The former England cricket Captain Michael Vaughan has been cleared of using racist language towards his ex Yorkshire teammate Azeem Rafiq ‘on the balance of probabilities’ – although complaints against five other players and coaches were upheld.

The Cricket Discipline Commission said its findings ‘do not in any way undermine’ Mr Rafiq’s wider evidence – in which he alleged institutional racism at the club.
