What can be done to improve life chances and health outcomes for people with Down’s Syndrome?

Those living with Down Syndrome and other learning disabilities have long faced poorer life chances, health outcomes and a life expectancy around 20 years lower than the average.

What can be done to improve the picture was a question that our reporter, Ruben Reuter, put to politicians in charge when he went along to a reception at Downing Street being held to mark World Downs Syndrome Day.
