UK PM Johnson still in hospital with virus – remains in charge of country

Boris Johnson remains in hospital this evening – still suffering from persistent symptoms of the coronavirus, including a temperature and a cough. Despite that, he is still leading the government.

The Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said Mr Johnson was in good spirits and was being regularly updated on the government’s work.
