Turkey says civilians killed in Idlib air-strikes

Turkey says three civilians have been killed and 12 others injured after one of its military convoys was targeted by airstrikes inside the rebel held Syrian province of Idlib.

The Syrian government claimed the convoy had been taking ammunition to help insurgents, describing it as a “flagrant Turkish intervention”.
