Student tuition fees are due to rise this Autumn to £9,250. But could their days be numbered? The architect of the system has labelled them a Frankenstein’s Monster that can’t survive. Labour’s promise to scrap them may well explain how the party capture the youth vote in the Election. And now government sources are talking of a review.
