Trump visits Puerto Rico following criticism

It has been nearly two weeks since Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico. Almost half the population has no access to running water and the Trump administration has faced criticism that it hasn’t done enough to help. But today Donald Trump was on the ground and gave his relief effort top marks.
