Trump links ‘UK’ crime rise to ‘radical Islamic terror’

Donald Trump has said a rise in the UK’s crime rate is happening amid what he called the “spread of radical Islamic terror”. The US President made the comment in a tweet earlier today and added: “We must keep America safe.”  His tweet follows the publication yesterday of figures from the Office for National Statistics, which showed an increase of 13 per cent in all crimes recorded by the police across England and Wales.
