Trump declares national emergency over coronavirus

In the United States the death toll has reached 41 and the number of people confirmed to have the virus is over 1,700.

Louisiana is the first state to say it will postpone its Democratic Party primary and schools across the country are closing. In the last half an hour President Trump has been speaking at a press conference.
