The pay gap between young men and women is getting narrower, according to new figures from the Resolution Foundation. But although young millennial women might be better off than their mothers and grandmothers, there is still a long a way to go before they reach gender pay equality.

British companies have been told they’ll have to justify levels of executive pay, under new consultation plans unveiled by the Business Secretary Greg Clark.
