Thousands of refugees travel towards EU

As the German and French leaders meet tonight, thousands of refugees and a handful of migrants are travelling through Greece, Macedonia and Serbia hoping to make it to northern Europe.  Lindsey Hilsum, has been on a train with some of the refugees.
