Surrey train killing suspect appears in court

A man accused of stabbing a father to death on a train in Surrey last week has appeared in court. Lee Pomeroy was killed as he travelled towards London from Guildford on Friday afternoon. Darren Pencille is accused of murdering him and possession of an offensive weapon. A 27-year-old woman also appeared in court in connection with the killing, charged with assisting an offender.
