Storm Dennis: threat of further flooding on English-Welsh border
Across England there remains a threat of “significant flooding” as heavy rain continues to fall on already saturated ground. The Environment Agency has tonight warned of worsening conditions across parts of Yorkshire.
But the fear of further flooding remains for the English-Welsh border.
